Directory and informational service
BELAVENT is an independent directory of aesthetic medicine congresses, conferences and professional training events, with optional account and planning tools. It is not an event organizer, a medical adviser or a guarantee of accreditation, eligibility, quality or availability. The linked organizer and original source remain authoritative. Confirm dates, venue, registration, fees and professional requirements directly before booking or travelling.
Accuracy and changes
Event details can change, be postponed or cancelled after our last check. An archive entry records a past edition and is not a recommendation for a future event. Verification labels describe recorded evidence; they do not certify an organizer or promise that every field remains current. We may correct, restrict or remove records when evidence or privacy requirements change.
Accounts and organizer proposals
Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and use only accounts and organizations you are authorized to represent. Do not share access or impersonate an organizer. Administrator and editorial actions require two-factor authentication. Claiming an organization or submitting a correction creates a review request; it does not confer ownership of BELAVENT, guarantee publication or allow changes to protected editorial fields.
Corrections and directory data rights
Use Report a correction for an event, the organizer-claim workflow for representation, or Privacy and directory data request for removal, restriction and personal-data rights. Include the relevant page and supporting context. Do not submit credentials, patient information or material you are not entitled to share. Requests are reviewed before a public change is made.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and respect its security, privacy and intellectual-property rights. Do not bypass access controls, harvest restricted or personal contact information, submit spam or misleading claims, interfere with the service, or use abusive automated requests. Public discovery and citation endpoints do not grant permission to copy protected source text, defeat rate limits or republish personal data.
Content, images and links
Event facts may be cited with their canonical BELAVENT page and original source. Text, site design, logos, photographs and source material may have separate copyright, database or trademark rights; attribution is not a blanket licence. Image credits identify relevant providers or creators. A contextual city image does not depict the event. Third-party links and services have independent terms, availability and privacy practices.
Availability, liability and removal
We take reasonable care in operating the directory but cannot promise uninterrupted access or unchanged third-party event details. To the extent allowed by applicable law, you are responsible for checking information and deciding how to use it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer or data-protection rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may suspend abusive accounts or requests, and remove content for accuracy, rights, privacy or security reasons.
