For organizers
Claim your organization
Verify that you represent the organizer, then propose updates to your events. Claiming is free.
What a verified claim lets you do
- Propose corrections to dates, venue text, official links and registration details for your editions.
- Add a factual description and program, faculty and practical-training links.
- Upload media for rights and moderation review.
- Propose changes to your organization's public identity.
- See what has been proposed, what was published and why something was returned.
What stays editorial
- Relevance position, enrichment tier and event class — these can never be changed by an organizer submission.
- Publication and indexability status: whether and how the page is public.
- Verification status and the sources behind each fact.
- The page URL (slug), because existing links and search results depend on it.
- Every proposal is reviewed against the official source before it appears.
A claim does not buy placement. Paid visibility, where it exists, is labelled and kept separate from editorial classification.
How review works
- You file a claim with evidence of your role at the organization.
- An administrator checks the evidence. They may ask for more before deciding.
- If approved, you get an owner membership of that organization and can propose changes.
- A decided claim is final — a new claim is filed rather than an old decision edited, so the record cannot be rewritten.
There is no instant ownership and no automatic approval. Check the status of your claims and submissions.
Sign in to file a claim
A claim has to be attached to the account that will manage the listing, so it can only be filed while signed in. Everything the claim grants — and everything it does not — is explained above.
